Approval flow level 3

As configured in settings, under Approval flow, admin receives the third approval task. The form that was created in ‘Create Form’ in Settings has been tagged to Admin stage in the Approval Flow. Hence, the form has been triggered in admin stage. This task can be found under Custom Workflow tasks in Requests & Tasks.

Path: Requests & Tasks -> Custom Workflow Tasks

Workflow to Admin

Since the workflow that has been configured in ‘Create Workflow’ has only one stage that will be sent to Admin, the admin receives a task under his/her Custom Workflow Tasks.

Path: Requests & Tasks -> Custom Workflow Tasks

Status of the workflow completion can be tracked by those users for whom visibility has been enabled. Clicking on ‘Click Here’ will redirect the user to this page.
